Seen a few homes that haven't sold being put up for rent -- the amount of rentals are growing.
Will track craigslist for rentals, Eastside only, 3 BR only.

    I'm also "tracking" rentals on the Eastside, but more specifically, 4BR in Bellevue at $2000 or less.

    I started tracking in about September, and there were roughly 25 listings. Now there are roughly 15 listings (I subtract the homes that are actually in Kirkland, Isaquah, etc). I've just looked at the number of listings over $2000, and there are 25 to 40, however, I did not look at over $2000 before about 3 weeks ago.

    However, I am much less interested, as it is looking like my family and I will not be moving to Seattle (Eastside) after all.
