Sale Failed

I saw something today I'd never seen before: a placard on a realtor sign, similar to a "sold" sign, that said "sale failed" in big red letters. This was on a sign that until recently said "sold". First time I've seen that.

    Sounds like something a pissed off seller might do.

  • Nah, it was just a drive by. It's just down the street, so I'll see if I can grab a flyer next time I'm that way. For the industrious, it's at 164th Ave and 9th St SE.

    On the market 170 days, price reduced 46K.

    Yes, seller might be a bit upset. I think it is safe to assume they had some carrying cost on top of that for six months.
  • $469k is still way too much IMO.
