Redmond condo

When I was searching for condo last night, i come across two listings:

MLS#: 27050280

and

MLS#: 27051839

Both seems very similar to me and are in the same complex, both are sold (I think they are sold since the status is set to subject to inspection) but there is a difference of $50000 difference in price, am I missing something here? So does it mean the condo in this complex appreciate $50000 in a month?

    Who knows what the view is from the units. The more expensive one may have a better view. Also...if you look at the pictures the one for 50k more has a much better remodel in the kitchen and bath. Not worth 50k more in my opinion but combined with other factors...who knows?
