Fifth & Madison Condos

edited January 2008 in Seattle Real Estate
Anyone driven by the 5th and Madison condo tower built above the Rite-Aid? I heard that it was 100% pre-sold, and the building opened up over three months ago.

I can see into every unit from my office and I only count 12 with furniture. Looks to me like we have another flipper tower.

  • I have to agree. I can't imagine those condos being much good for anything other than flipping. Living in an office tower has to be like....living in an office tower.
  • I have a boss that lives there, definitely not sold out. He has moved in, said that there are still a lot of expensive units still for sale.

Last I heard it was something near 75-80 percent sold. Not sure how many that have sold now, but I believe its still close to that number.
  • i'd live there. not for those prices, but i like the building.
  • The building looks nice. Its close to my work which is nice. The only problem is that its so close to Pioneer square but yet doesn't really have that many restaurants/stores within stumbling distance. I would consider it but not at the current prices.
