    I'll be surprise Seattle even gain 0.06% by end of 2008. Forecast probably based on the last few years data, and that trend is about to be turned up side down.

    I am pretty sure the listings in the chart are from the previous 5 years, otherwise the chart would be meaningless.

    That's $3000 on a 500K investment. Couldn't you do better than that investing in beer caps? How can anyone afford not to sell?
