Status: REDUCED

My usual fun on Saturday night consists of browsing the MLS. I locate my area of interest and put in Time on Market "1 day" to see whats new. To my surprise in the status line where normally states "new on market", there is "reduced". So instead of being a "new" listing with a lowered price, it now can be Time on Market "1 day", status "reduced". First time I have seen that.

    This way the property shows up on 2 lists at once. New listings and price reduced listings.
