I wouldn't put any weight on these at all...as they are heavily skewed.

I thought I would hop on the bandwagon of all these Location --> Location posts.

idiots read livejournal.

He thinks very highly of himself, but apparently he doesn't get enough business that he needs to "advertise" himself in bubble sites.

Kary is a stud...a retired lawyer turning into real estate agent. You can't call him a monkey, because he actually has a law degree.
-
Owning a home is overrated...unless you're ready to settle down and spend your weekends to take care of it. Mid 20's, why would you want to commit yourself to such unnecessary stress?

Mr. Gates is offering free housing for MS employees? Yipeee!!!

Ok, I got some downtime before I leave: Base on this website: http://activerain.com/blogsview/261418/ ... ondo-Round Bellevue Tower -535 units -$500k to $2 million Random guess, $750k x 535 = $401,250,000 worth of property. European Towe…

I live in downtown Bellevue and I honestly don't care for anything there... Can't imagine how they can fill up all those condo spaces, has anyone calculate how many new condos will be available by 2009? It'll be very interesting to see the num…

Look at it this way, any fifth grader can be a real estate agent and finance your house. Although it's nearly impossible to screw up as an agent since you really don't do much, but mortgage was a joke for far too long. If you couldn't get a mortgage…

what fun is it to analyze mainstream media articles and break them down to make sense? boring...more boring than some of the recent stuffs this website has been posting.

If ELF indeed had something to do with this, I think they actually HELPED the builders.
-
Everyone should do their homework first... None of the houses were sold, and all of these builders are having trouble staying afloat. Fishy? I would think so.

I watched that movie and forgot about it.

If I am a RE agent, even if my house is being foreclosed I would still be yelling "it's great time to buy". It's ALWAYS great time to buy.
-
The post was in reference to job loss and its relations to RE depreciation. Job loss has everything to do with RE demand.

that Kary Krismer guy...he claims that he hasn't visit Seattle Bubble, but he's always posting on raincity guide with his ignorant comments. 87. Kary L. Krismer - January 4, 2008 Ubersalad, my information is a bit dated, but a couple of years …

what the hell is $5000 bucks going to do in the city with medium house price more than $400k. this might work in Detroit or something.

I think I'll just wait for $1,000,000 conforming limit and 3% rate. It's coming soon...

Renton and Burien? Enjoy living in trailer park and getting shot at much?

Bands? Obviously you have your own taste! I enjoy my safety net in Bellevue. Bellevue has great bus line to UW as well, 271 baby! Anyhow, you can't top Bellevue if you got the dough.

I am in that age range with a girlfriend, so I prefer something less wild... Maybe if I am single, I would enjoy living in Seattle better.
-
Apparently you haven't been to downtown Bellevue lately. The crowd there is perfect for ~20 years olds.
-
Should make it to 1 mil just in case!
-
I would say anywhere around Bellevue as in 98004-008, or Redmond/Kirkland area would get you very close to action. Neighborhood is nice, but price is a bit steep. However, you are in close proximity to downtown Bellevue and only 20 minutes away from…

Your story is confusing... Joe sold the land to Sam and financed the mortgage, so how did Joe buy back the land at his own auction if he's the lender?
-
It's a joke to have worked for Merit. I would say that 95% of their employees do not understand mortgage, and all they were after is the bottom line. It's sad and it's true...mortgage industry is a joke.

ya, tell me where you're buying and I'll squat it RENT FREE
