I was wondering if you know where I can find historical data on Seattle real estate prices year over year since 2000.

    thanks!

    Scott,

I got pdf files of every month from 2001 to present from the NWMLS site. You have to dig around a bit to find them though. If you want to email me, I can zip them up and send them to you.

    The Tim,

If it’s not too much trouble, please send me the zipped file at scottw@fastmail.fm. I just got a job in Seattle so am doing a bit of research on the market there. Thanks!!!
