Tim Ellis is the founder of Seattle Bubble. His background in engineering and computer / internet technology, a fondness of data-based analysis of problems, and an addiction to spreadsheets all influence his perspective on the Seattle-area real estate market.

I’m thankful for my dog. He’s a good boy yes he is!
I think I’m a bit older than most folks that visit this blog, so maybe I have a slightly different perspective on things. When I was younger I took my health for granted, but now I believe everything else is secondary to your health. Taken to the extreme, what the heck do you have if you’re dead!

Oh yeah, and family too… (grin)
I’m thankful for being able to be a rational independent thinker that can make decisions for myself, rather than thinking whatever the MSM tells me to think.
