Happy Thanksgiving everybody. I hope you all enjoy the holiday. I know I’ve got a lot to be thankful for. For one thing, I’m still thankful that the sign pictured below is just as false today as it was when I took the photo in August 2006.
Have a great day with your family, friends, pets, internets, or whoever / whatever you choose to spend the day with.

Should that be “Ruthless” Realty?

Happy Thanksgiving.
Use this day to remember the primary value of a home – to stay safe, warm, and dry. I am thankful to have just that.

RE: Everett_Tom @ 4 – Man, that’s mean. Everett is 46, raining and where I sit looking out at the Snohomish Valley, also foggy.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. Much to be thankful for.

May your rent checks not bounce and your tenants sign multi-year leases with cash deposits and escalation clauses.
May your blog Friends (and DisAgree to Agree “Friends”) stay well and healthy and live to debate another day.
May the Puget Sound weather never change so I can justify a tax-deductable Vegas Holiday Week (sunny, current temp 70 visibility 10 miles) mini-vacation. Continuing Education and ‘real estate inspection” you know.
May you stay away from my Hobby Garage.
May you get everything that is coming to you, and more of what you deserve. . .
I’ll stick to Porterhouses’ medium well, thank you. And yes, sourcream on the potatoes. Keep that filthy turkey…

Saw the lines building up at SouthCenter in front of Best Buy. Camera crews were filming people in front. Cold and rainy uggh.
Then we saw A Christmas Carol and after that I ruined my Thanksgiving by taking my oldest daughter to see the movie Precious. I knew nothing about it but she wanted to see it. The show was wonderful but to say the least I was moved and the turkey became unsettled. It was hard not to cry and get utterly pissed off. I should have sat through 2012 again or The New Moon with the rest of the family. Those shows I can forget when I leave.

RE: Ray Pepper @ 14 – You are quite a movie buff Ray Pepper. If you don’t knock it off, I’m going to have to write you in for a cameo role in my next movie. OK, so I’m quite the amateur. Whatever. It’s been fun.
I lost the hardrive containing my last 3 movies (meaning I have to re-edit them) or I’d give you a preview. I have a video I took of my GF’s dad’s band though. It’s shot on a cheap consumer camera on auto-mode, so it’s nothing special. I wasn’t familiar with the song, so I just winged the camera work.
