    I don’t believe it that “… tight lot supplies are driving up home prices”. It all depends whether the demand is there. You can overbuild everything, but if nobody wants to buy the stuff, prices are not going to go anywhere. Also, it depends on the quality and whether people are willing to live there or find alternatives where to live.
