Handyman recommendations?

Long time reader, first time poster.

We just purchased a solid older home in Capitol Hill (20th and Aloha) that needs some attention: doors that don't shut properly, some gaps in the siding, et cetera.

Would appreciate any suggestions or referrals! Thanks in advance.

    I've been using a GC out of Kent by the name of Mike Donahue (Ready Residential Services) for the last year or so, for all sorts of things around my place, and I gotta say that I'm extremely happy with everything about him and his work.
