Cosmopolitan/2200 MLS listings
I've always found Matt's "MLS Watch" posts over at urbnlivn really interesting.
His latest MLS Watch post shows 36 active listings at 2200, and 65 at Cosmopolitan (along with a picture that very much reminds me of the bubble bench)
It's also been noted that a quick search of craigslist yields several rentals available at each building as well. Cosmo comes up with 29 results, though I'm sure some of those are duplicates. Cosmo is quite a big building, but 65 listings+several rentals seems like quite a lot.

2200 westlake is also "sold out" with 25% of units listed for resale. Looking at the SE tower from the north side last weekend, I counted 5 balconies out of about 45 that had any chairs or plants. This building has been open for 8+ months. That's plenty of time to get patio furniture.
