Created by a Dallas tech company. The site uses bots that track housing inventory and prices for particular markets. Take a look at Seattle MSA inventory increases!

    I found the site at http://www.businessweek.com, they did a brief story on the features...but should have spent more time studying the results!

    It is interesting to look at the Seattle City vs. Seattle MSA, VERY different outcome. Seattle Downtown appears to be faring much better than the rest of the area.

    One thing I discovered is that what I think our home is worth is only about 10% above the median & average listing price.
