    Now $390,000 - and it's a SHORT SALE!

I actually did drive up to take a look at this place when I was in the neighborhood several weeks ago. The road up there is one lane and potentially very dangerous. The neighbor on the one side keeps a very unkempt yard with wrecked cars etc. in the driveway. And, strangest of all, when they did the renovations on this place they neglected to put gutters on it. No gutters? In the pacific northwest? Yeah, good luck with that.

I've got friends that own a place further up that road. It's certainly quite intimidating when you drive it for the first time, and with pretty much any amount of snow you're totally stuck. Not the kind of street I'd prefer to live on, that's for sure.
  • This house was sold, to what looks to be a renovation outfit, in September of last year for $493K.

Now it is back on the market at $789K.
