We’re still awaiting the final results of Guess the Price Round 2 (the home went contingent on 09/29 at a list price of $569,900), but that doesn’t mean we can’t kick off Round 3, especially if the right house comes along… and wouldn’t you know it, the perfect house for a Seattle Bubble price-guessing contest…
