Global Insight: Seattle Overvalued By 33.8%

While Economy.com’s secret formula based on “an econometric model” forecasts Seattle home prices to increase 59% over the next 10 years, economic and financial research company Global Insight begs to differ. Housing Continues To Buoy State Budget
