“S-Crow” (Tim Kane) is co-owner (with spouse Lynlee, LPO-Designated escrow Officer) of Legacy Escrow Service, Inc., an authentic independent escrow firm closing residential purchase/sale and refinance transactions. He has a keen interest in real estate issues, business ethics and market dynamics such as what can causes markets to go up and down. The position of being in the escrow business affords a unique broad perspective in observing all the moving parts that makes residential real estate sales take place.
