List of recently sold homes?

I realize I am probably missing an easy link somewhere, but I am looking for a list of recently (last six months) sold home (single family) in Seattle. Through Redfin I have a great list of currenly for sale homes, but no info on recenly sold.

Is there a location where I can download this list?

    You can find recently sold homes when you search in Redfin. In your search box, use the 'Past sales' drop down box and recent sales will show up in light blue. I would warn you that since Redfin pulls the data from the county assessor's office, the sales typically lag several weeks or longer.

    If you've got a particular property in mind that you want to check, it's best to go straight to the County Assessor's website.
