I'm at a loss to explain how the photo of (what I assume) the front entryway tells me anything about the house... other than the fact that it is completely trashed. You would have thought someone would have taken 5 minutes to shovel away the trash before taking the photo :)

    That's pretty much "scorched earth" policy from what it looks like. Pissed off owner in pre-forclosure. I'd be pissed also had I unwittingly gone with the herd on this one. I expect that we will see many more of these in the future from low end to high.
