FSBO first then list?
I am not certain the "latest" guideline on refinance for houses that have been on the market within last 6/12 months.
So if I am selling my home, wouldn't it be smart to FSBO first and hire an agent "under the table" and then have he/she list the house when an actual buyer surfaces?

So the strategy is to FSBO it first, using other platforms like Craigslist and Zillow to sell off MLS, invite agent to bring clients for showing and give them listing if they actually bring in a serious buyer.
