Wow! You can now get homes at 20% discounts in northern India. The article also points out that China and Eastern Europe are seeing better deals than there's been in years. Hurry, Hurry! It's the right time to buy!
In New Delhi and other parts of northern India, prices have fallen 20 percent over the last year.
