Seattle - Most Over Priced Zipcode? Forbes think so

    Forbes is like sports prognosticators. You know when draft day approaches for your favorite sport and every pundit makes ultra-accurate predictions. Team X will draft person Y with pick Z. They do that for the first 30 picks or so.

    But no prognosticator has every been right with those boards. So why do they even do it? Whatever the reason, Forbes is harnessing the same energies in their predictions. Seattle is the best investment. Seattle will never go down. Seattle has the 3rd most overpriced zipcode.

    Here's my prediction. Forbes isn't worth lining your birdcage with.
