This house was for sale recently for $720k (if I recall correctly).

It was being sold as a short sale. Check out the sale price history on this thing.

Anyone know the deal with it? Did it really sell for $531k a month ago?

The person that bought it a month ago is flipping it (with no changes) at a $180k gain in one month?

I'm curious if anyone knows the story here.

Yeah, it was discussed in comp killers at the end of June, as well as more recently regarding the recent auction, though I can't recall where.

Looks to me like it went into a trustee sale and then sold at auction at the beginning of August for $531k. New owner appears to be a former WSU running back
