I think this is interesting because you would think that a company like Lowes would be doing a more unbaised assessment of the data than would realestate companies. (They don't have the pressure to 'think positive', as their assessment likely won't affect public opinion, and unlike independent groups, they actually heavily depend on their assessment's correctness)
