    Those numbers look pretty low, but perhaps they are deceptively low due to pathetic overall sales volume. Weren't less than 1000 homes sold in KC in Jan for example? Are foreclosures now something north of 20% of total transactional volume?

    REMINDER: We had foreclosure moratoriums out of Fannie, Freddie, and other large lenders through the holidays. I believe F&Fs just expired last week. This would definitely have an effect on the March 2009 numbers.
