Best deals in South Snohomish County?
I'm interested in Eastside and South Snohomish county. I thought of using this thread to share deals on new homes that you come across.
I came across couple of communities (Fernwood Groove and Beaumont Ridge) in Bothell who are very desperate. I don't know of any specific price reduction, but they seemed very desperate.
Do you know of any other communities with good info on price reductions? If so, please share.
