New real estate term on CR "Squatter Stimulus"

Supposedly the average days delinquent for loans in foreclosure is now up to 410 days (up from 260 days in 2008) so over 1 year of free housing! Squatter stimulus indeed!
Are there any good stories of someone you know taking advantage of this stimulus package locally?
