After two and a half years Verdeaux condos finally 50% sold
Got this breathless announcement in an email this morning (click to embiggen).
The first I recall hearing of this complex around here was in May 2008, when they had been trying to sell them for about half a year.

That particular unit is still unsold. In fact, interestingly, the King County parcel site only shows 30 of 96 units as having sold.
