    Don't you know anything? New York isn't SPECIAL. They aren't creating JOBS out the wazoo, and they don't have our terrific income.

    Seattle doesn't have a housing bubble. It is is IN a bubble - a magical sphere that protects us from everything bad that happens to OTHER people.

    And that city is certainly nothing to write home about. I mean seriously, in all the times I was traveling abroad, not a single person asked me if I'd been to New York - it's like nobody that isn't from there has even heard about it. Though I think 9/11 may have helped put it on the map.
