Looking for HOA by-laws
I am president of a small, 28-unit WA HOA that is 45 years old. Are by-laws are antiquated. Rather than resurrect the dead, we think it will be easier to birth a baby! Does anyone have a set of by-laws for a smaller HOA you can send us. We would like to start with that as a foundation and modify it as needed for our own HOA. We promise to change the names to protect the innocent. Our plan is to start here, then have an attorney review prior to vote and adoptino by the HOA.
