Renting out units in a HOA with a rental ceiling
Does anyone has experience renting out units in a HOA with a rental ceiling (cap) ?
Let's say if you are on a wait list and your turn comes.... The tenant moves in. Can you rent out the unit infinitely to different tenants or you need to get back on the list once the tenant moves out?
