A Simple Question
Why has listing inventory in King Co shot up 50% YOY?
According to the RE bulls we are "special" because we have a strong economy, we have very few of "those kind" of loans, we have very few flippers, and we are a place people are moving to in droves. Besides we have restrictions on development and they are not making any more land.
So according to the bulls:
1) Economy is strong so nobody is being laid off.
2) RE price elevator only stops/goes up so why get off now?
3) We don't have any of "those kind" of loans up here
4) We have very few "infestors"
5) Due to local laws there is very little new development
By all accounts NOTHING should be for sale
So WHO is selling all these home?

Apparently we won't be seeing that headline in the Seattle Times any time soon.
