    I live in Oklahoma City. Things have been good out here lately, but I don't know about 12% good.

    Did Oklahoma politicians finally become business friendly? :) Most graduates in Oklahoma work in Texas. Maybe it's the beach front properties. LOL..or lake front properties like Lake Texoma or Lake Thunderbird where I used to go fish and catch some nice bass. Maybe Bricktown is now the hip place to live with sizzling nightlife.
