NY Times - The Long Life Span of a Housing Downturn

Good article in the NYT today, comparing this downturn to 1989-1996 housing market. Well worth the read. I would say the Times has been one of the best resources in the MSM in terms of covering this real estate mess. Late to the party, but at least they seem to get the issue.
