Looks like the rental of a couple batchelors. Bass guitar cab, futon, mountain bike etc... somebody is getting out to the rental business.

Do people even bother to look at comps? There are some very nice homes out there for this price, yes they are expensive, but this one still has circa 77' linoleum. :roll:
