Seattle Home Inventory has highest increase

I thought this was interesting. It seems we are playing "catch up" with houses coming for sale. I wonder what this will do to our "untouchable" syndrome. Hang on this ride might get nasty :oops:

    For what it's worth I see that inventory in East Bellevue continues to be extremely tight. In fact, ZipRealty shows only 71 listings today for 98008, down from 84 a couple weeks ago.
