I miss Austin.

(although the property taxes on that house are in the $10k-15k range).

I was in Austin on a business trip in September 2005.

While I was there, I saw a sign from one of the major builders (Centex Homes) advertising "New Luxury homes from the low $200s).

Austin is a great place. I enjoyed my stay there.
