Toronto/Canada housing market sites?

I'm interested in learning about the current state of the Canadian housing market and its trends, more specifically Toronto if possible. Ideally I'd like to find Toronto's version of SeattleBubble and Redfin/Estately but I know that will be difficult. I've been scouring google but I'm only able to find Realtor blogs. They're the last people I want to hear from. I can't find real estate listings anywhere other than MLS.ca...

Any help is appreciated.
