40K off in Bryant

I've been watching this one for a month or so, as it is across the street from my "office" at Zoka. Wonder how far it will drop. Personally, although it is nice, I wouldn't pay 600K for something on a street as busy as Blakely. This property is especially interesting to me because the wife of a realtor friend of mine told me that buying in Ravenna/Bryant is nearly impossible as so few houses go up for sale. I told her that on my block-long walk to Zoka, I counted three houses for sale (including this one), and her response was, "well, they must not be priced right." My response was, "well, yeah." I don't have a lot of hope for the other two: one is a box on 26th listed for 450 on Redfin - generic house; the other is priced at 8-something and it is no great shakes.
