Executive House Wanted?

I say a sign in Bellevue the other day (corner of 140th & NE 24th) and was a bit puzzled. It read:
Executive House Wanted
Behind Payments OK
[206 phone number]

Any idea what this means?

    I would bet it's someone fishing for a good deal on an upscale house in which the current owner / buyer are in financial trouble.

    The trouble is, what defines an 'executive house' has changed over the years.

    Twenty years ago, when I used to drive through the nice suburbs to see how the 'other half' lived, an executive home was 3-4K sq. ft., 4-5 bedrooms, and a 3-car garage.

    In my neighborhood, this is now considered a starter home (BA-DANG, BOOM)! :lol:

    The same sign has appeared on several corners on Mercer Island. . . Is this the upscale version of the "we buy ugly houses" people?
