June Data - released on 7/5 - 4th working day of the month
July Data - released on 8/6 - 4th working day of the month
August Data - Still not available on 9/7 - 5th working day of the month

what gives?

    Maybe, they are taking time to "massage" the data so that the market desn't appear weak :)

    I'm inclined to think that they just took a lot of time off with the Labor Day holiday. I won't start thinking conspiracy until next Friday :^)
