What's the story? $540k w/Lake Sammamish views

Peekaboo lake Sammamish views, decent location, purchased for $400k in 2000; price cut from $650k to $540k today. 3000+ sq ft. Problem: No picture of the actual house. Do we have any bloggers in Sammamish who have some inside scoop?

    That's pretty much the same little detail for half of the houses over there. I lived in a place in Issaquah with a septic system. It's no big deal, you get it inspected before you move in, and you pump it every few years...
