Near Microsoft for $200/sqft. It still seems expensive, but at least it is comparable to renting.

It went STI it will be interesting to see where the price went, I would be concerned about a 28 unit building built in 1969

I know this complex quite well. A friend of mine used to live here about ~5 years ago. These buildings are quite old and the age did show. There was almost no sound proofing in these buildings.
