Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf has declared emergency rule and suspended the country's constitution.

    Oil's going up regardless. This kind of instability is of a much broader concern in my mind than oil prices. That's not a stable part of the world, and it's already broken down too much. Seeing Pakistan (a nuclear power) declaring martial law is just plain bad news.
