It is getting close to the end of the month again, I thought I'd put up a couple polls for November forecasts. This one is for KingCo SFH inventory.

It currently sits at ~10,430, as a point of reference.

Sitting at 10,200 as of 4pm on 11/30. Watch it drop by 400 tomorrow AM

Looks like it should be close to that. That feed has been within ~50 units the past couple of months.

Up 41% from last year.
