Which website do you use for tracking listings?

Which website(s) do you use for tracking MLS/FSBO listings? What features do you like the most? I find the listing-price-history, days on the market, home-sale history, integration with Zillow & VirtualEarth very useful

  • I use an amalgum.

Mainly Redfin, because of price history and an attempt at time on the market, as well as extremely timely listing and the best map out there.

I use shackprices for their "sold shacks" feature, which maintains photos of recently sold shacks.

I use ZipRealty because they maintain a database of price changes.

I use the county site because then you can dig a little into the owner's mortgage situation. This was more useful before the county used the red herring of security to take the Deeds of Trust off-line.
