New Number Crunching: Price Breakdowns

Inventory Eases (Very) Slightly In October

The NWMLS has posted October statistics. Although residential (excludes condo) inventory did indeed follow its usual October downward course, the decrease of less than 1% of listings was the smallest since at least 2000 (I don’t have reliable inventory statistics further back). Demand Down, Supply Up, Prices Dip

Trend Marches On: Supply Up, Demand Down

August figures from the NWMLS have been posted. Inventory continued its climb, up 23.91% from last year, while sales were up slightly from July, but still down 13.29% from last year.
