Okay this doesn't really exactly count since these are just pictures I took and not listing photos, but I spotted this FSBO as I was walking to my friendly neighborhood Jack in the Box tonight and had to share:
Check out that sweet curb appeal:
3 bed, 1¾ bath, 1,600 sqft: $339,000.
No indication on the sign whether the whole-yard trampoline is included in the price.
Wow, I love the date-stamped photo. There aren't any digital cameras that do that, are there? Could there really be an agent out there taking film shots and scanning them in for their listings?
I don't know about newer cameras, but some of the really old digitals did. My first had it turned on by default. Took me forever to figure out how to turn it off. That was back in the 1mp days.
I think every digital camera has an option to date/time stamp on the image. The crappy Kodak digital cameras originally had the date stamp on by default, and probably still do.
Beautiful new home located on serene Lake Swartz with 60 feet of water front. Features include: Cozy propane fireplace; Master suite with private bath; RV parking; Private deck off back for your summer BBQ's; and Secluded back yard down to the lake. Bring your fishing pole and fish on your own private lake front! A MUST SEE!
Worst photo ever Tim. The grass is gobbling up the bottom story of the house.
I doubt grass would normally even be visible from that view, so why create 3' tall blobs of it?
The listing description gives a clue why (emphasis mine)...
Here's your chance to get true BARGAIN in wonderful Cypress Heights area w/ MOTHER IN LAW downstairs. Pls Ignore the CLUTTER & animals which will all be gone when you buy. Large corner lot with room for RV, Trailer, etc. New $15K white vinyl windows, newer furnace. Large rooms, GIANT yard. Fans in every room. Big eat in kitchen with dining area. Family room downstairs. Living room with Fireplace. Small room downstairs used as 5th BR. Needs bank approval to sell forless than owed. Takes 3 months
Looks like they may be trying to cover up the undesirable clutter with the fantastic spray tool.
And thanks to its popularity on Reddit, this is now the most popular listing in all of Snohomish County, with the fence-grass listing coming in at #3. NICE.

That's going to be quite the "peek view" once those trees leaf out fully.
Because nothing screams "super-stale" like photos of snow on your listing in May.

The leaning tower of Mountlake Terrace?
It seems that leaning feeling isn't limited to just the outside of the house, either:
Auto-focus technology is so last decade.
And just for good measure, another of the "yes, this house has a shower" photos:
It's like the agent was using this thread as a how-to or something.
I think there's a house hiding back there somewhere...

All yours for $359/sqft.
Here's the only picture with the listing.
Toss in a sleeping bag and an umbrella, and it's a bargain in order to own your own little piece of the NW.
The ever popular "chandelier in bathroom":

I like the "all the appliances, in the Kitchen, now!" photo:
I'm pretty sure you pay extra for all those appliances... I'm surprised there isn't a "MUST SEE" in the write up.

and stole the listing photo from the county assessor.

Oh! This is funny too... it's listed for $350K, but the "Make me move" price on zillow is $300K ( http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/5610-State-Route-92-Lake-Stevens-WA-98258/38465993_zpid/)
That house is listed at 1/2 of TAV.

OK, the first one could pass for grass if they had used a darker shade, but this is positively comical. MS Paint!

Edit: I was logged in so it was at 23 on my custom Reddit homepage. When I logged out it was at 12!
