WOW! Those are impressive lawns. On the first one on SR92, I really like the big pile of grass on the right side of the house. The agent only put up one photo for the listing, but he went the extra mile with it.
Nah, that's just the visual effect of using a super-wide-angle (10-20mm typical) lens favored by most RE professionals (it's the only way to get almost a whole room into the shot, while standing at the doorway).
Looking at the picture, what I find interesting (besides the cat) is the size of that toilet paper roll--look at the ID on that thing--looks like it came from one of those commercial large-roll dispensers found in office buildings and the like. Hmmm, 5-finger discount?
Not for the faint of heart or respiratory system! We have MOLD and lot's of it. The majority of the basement is covered in black mold and in biblical proportions. Still working on getting the bank to get a mold report, but suspect the worse. Upstairs appears much better but agent has no direct knowledge of cause or remedial needs. This is for the serious investor, and considered uninhabitable at this time.Bring a gas mask. Excellent area of finer homes.
The listing text is equally as cursory. Minimalist? Don't really want to sell the house? Their listing price history suggests otherwise, but good luck with that listing.

At least the listing agent is not trying to obscure the obvious.
My rough guess is that it would take $100T to fix this place up to very nice move-in condition (high rise remodels are expensive), plus the loss of use and HOA's during the process. IMHO if someone offers $300T the bank should cut and run, $275 would be a fair offer.
What I am noticing is that most of these new condos have what I think are fake bedrooms, no windows. In my day that space would be a store-room. I guess I am getting old and cranky.
A comment from another listing, "Priced $32,000 BELOW 2008 assessment." Not that it's a bad thing, just nothing to brag about. I looked at the assessor's site and it's priced right at the 2010 assessment.

That toilet is a double-wide.

"This is a gorgeous home..."
Hopefully it doesn't need a new roof.

The child that currently resides in this room is named Rainier (the hopeful sellers are friends of mine), but still...

There's a house behind the tree.
Something makes me think this listing is stale. Maybe the christmas tree?
Is the blue tarp included in the deal?

WestSide guy, thanks so much for the info.
